    Have your voice heard!

Refresh the tools you need to advocate for your museum and career.

As a past attendee of Museums Advocacy Day, you know advocacy is an essential leadership skill whether you’re currently leading your museum, looking to gain valuable skills to benefit your museum, or moving up in your career.

Each year the robust program is updated to educate and inspire both new and returning advocates. By participating this year, you will:
    • build off your museum's latest successes to refresh your advocacy elevator pitch
    • get the data to make the most effective case for your museum to legislators and other stakeholders in 2020
    • gain more tactics and strategies for using social media to advocate for your institution and other causes you care about
As a repeat participant, you are a valued leader in your state and region and a mentor to fellow advocates.

Join us again February 24-25, 2020 on Capitol Hill to make the case for museums to Congress and tell your story of why museums are important to you and your community!
