On Thursday, Feb. 20, at 11:30, the Arkansas National Guard Museum's Black History Month program takes place at the Museum on Camp Robinson.

Historian Dr. Brian Mitchell (UALR) speaks about the 1919 Elaine Riots.  Flyer is attached.
